Fantastic experience: Training sessions are very good and Mary-Anne is very knowledgeable, helpful and gives good pointers to work on.. Perfect for returning riders in their 40's... especially given returning 40+ yo males are the single highest risk group! - we need all the help we can get... Did both my restricted and full license CBTA tests with them and would highly recommend to others Booking online or via phone can sometimes be difficult as booking system may not have all of the times available and phone usually goes direct to answerphone- An email will usually get a response and the office team are helpful.

Negative experience: Worst customer service. Have tried to get in contact for over a fortnight and have had no reply from anyone. Duncan doesn’t answer his phone, texts or emails. Completely useless, will be seeking legal advice as they obviously do not care about their customers CGA rights.

Fantastic experience: I had a lesson with Sam Rowntree. I was quite anxious as I had essentially no experience on a motorcycle before. Sam has a really calming presence and is a very patient, outstanding teacher. I learnt a lot and found all of his directions clear and concise. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Don't bother doing your cbta full licence run with Sam Rountree in Rangiora if you haven't done thier course first cos he's likely to fail you. I'm 44, never failed a driving test in my life and this guy is an absolute champion. ................................................................. Thanks for the offer but I have a friend who has done bronze, Silver and Gold courses, received full licence and LITERALLY rides terribly. This isn't just my opinion. Today was a joke. I was asked to slow down after entering a derestriction speed zone because assessor couldn't cope.

Negative experience: Appalling service. Booked and had txt confirmation of 8am appointment. Waited until 9.15 while phoning and txting them and four days later still haven’t heard from them. Don’t waste your time.

Fantastic experience: Mary Anne, made the whole process of training and test super easy with great tips and good comunication. Definitely recommeded.

Very calming presence and a great instructor.She was clear about everything and reinforced some very good habits. 100% recommend, in fact my very nervous mom has her first lesson this week with her!

Fantastic experience: Very good to deal with! Mary-Anne made learning to ride for someone who had never touched a bike before an absolute pleasure. She had a genuine concern for me learning good safety habits while also helping me to avoid spending an excessive amounts on lessons - each lesson felt full and productive. Would recommend to anyone!
