Whether you are a complete beginner preparing for your learner and restricted license tests or an experienced driver seeking to refine your skills, our qualified instructors are dedicated to instilling lifelong safe driving habits rather than just teaching you to pass a test.

Backed by the renowned Automobile Association of New Zealand, we offer a comprehensive range of services including starter sessions, standard one-hour lessons, targeted practice for restricted and full license tests, and specialized coaching for senior drivers aged 65 and over. We pride ourselves on a curriculum that prioritizes confidence, awareness, and calmness behind the wheel. Our instructors, such as Justin Kumar and many others, are known for their patience, reliability, and ability to break down complex driving tasks into manageable steps, ensuring students feel supported every step of the way.

We serve Palmerston North and surrounding areas including Feilding, with flexible pick-up locations at local schools, colleges, and AA centers to minimize stress. Students can choose from automatic vehicles, such as the modern 2023 Suzuki Swift, or opt for manual lessons in their own cars. AA Members enjoy exclusive discounts on all packages, making quality education accessible and affordable. With consistently high praise from students for creating a fun, non-judgmental, and encouraging atmosphere, AA Driving School Palmerston North is your trusted partner for achieving independence on the road.
