Negative experience: Hours need to be updated !! Have come twice on the days it says it’s open and it’s not

Negative experience: A driver with an instructor pulled straight out in fron of me as I was cycling along Disraeli Street - no wave of apology as she continued on to park further up Disraeli Street. When I pulled up and asked if she didn't see me or just couldn't be bothered to stop the instructor said "it wasnt a matter of not seeing me but a reminder to look out for cyclists. Still no apology. Thanks to the instructor for setting great example.
