Fantastic experience: I have just finished a 2 day course with Karl. The courses I did were 30072 (knowledge of slinging regular loads) 16617 (truck mounted crane) In the 2 days I went from knowing nothing about operating a truck mounted crane. To having some good basic knowledge to be able to operate one safely. Karl was straight too the point and always keep us involved making us think which made the courses really enjoyable and interesting. Would definitely use again if I need to in the future. And would highly recommend. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been to multiple Height Safety & Confined Spaces training courses over decades and recently did another Height Safety & Confined Spaces refresher from Major Oak Safety Training Facility in Paeroa. I was thoroughly impressed with their training & realistic training equipment. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made the training sessions engaging, interactive and enjoyable. I was taken back with the huge size of the site, clean & tidy classrooms/toilets and the amount of real training equipment. The forklifts, tower crane, the Height Safety Training “tower” was great and the multi roomed specialized Confined Spaces/LOTO Training container was amazing with rustic rooms, multiple entries and the style made it more realistic to usual high risk working conditions found on-site at our workplaces. The course content was comprehensive and tailored to our needs as a company, which made it easy for us to apply the lessons we learned directly to our work. Major Oak's attention to detail and commitment to safety was evident throughout the training, and after all these years of training, I have even gained valuable knowledge that will help us improve our safety practices. Overall, I would highly recommend Major Oak to any company looking to improve its training + health and safety practices. I will only be using Major Oak as our training provider from now on, THANKYOU to the crew at Major Oak for a fantastic training experience!
